Maintenance Person
RESIDENTIAL | VENICE FL | RESIDENTIAL & COMMERICAL
Royal Air Conditioning & Heating is hiring a Maintenance Person to join our field team. This role focuses on routine HVAC maintenance, seasonal tune-ups, and system inspections for residential and light commercial customers throughout the Venice, Nokomis, and Osprey area.
What You’ll Do
- Perform routine maintenance, tune-ups, and safety inspections on residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Identify minor issues before they become costly repairs and report findings to the service team
- Clean coils, filters, and components; check refrigerant levels and electrical connections
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in good working order
- Represent Royal AC professionally in customers’ homes and businesses
What We’re Looking For
- Prior HVAC maintenance experience preferred; will train the right candidate
- EPA 608 Certification preferred; NATE certification a plus
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, climbing, kneeling, and working in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working directly with customers
